Monesis has so many feature inside e.g. Workorder Scheduling, Real-time machine speed indicator, Automatic Machine Effectiveness Calculation using OEE(Overall Equipment Effectiveness), Downtime Log with reason, and Excel Report.
Technology
To get the ability to communicate with machine, Monesis using Laravel as the bac-kend Framework and RESTful API Procedure to work as a server. Each machine embed with Data Collector and transmit the data with Node-red to the endpoint that Monesis’s provided.
At the front-end, Monesis built with a simple HTML, CSS3 and some Javascript functions specially at the Webhook function to create event when the data is coming from client (Machine).
